When you get in touch
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, business name and message. Your current website and budget are optional. I use these details to respond, discuss your project and prepare a proposal. Please don't include passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information.
Where you are enquiring about a contract for yourself, this processing supports steps you request before entering a contract. For business representatives and general enquiries, it supports my legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Where your information goes
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions pass through its server infrastructure and are sent to the studio's Titan email account, provided through Blacknight. These providers process information to operate their services. They may use international infrastructure and subprocessors subject to their applicable data-protection arrangements.
I don't sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing list because you used the contact form.
How long information is kept
Unconverted enquiries are reviewed after six months and deleted when no longer needed. Correspondence needed for an ongoing project, a dispute or legal obligations may be retained longer. Business records needed for tax purposes are normally kept for six years.
Website operation
This site has no advertising pixels or optional analytics. Fonts and design previews are hosted with the website. Hosting services process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The form uses a temporary request counter to reduce repeated submissions.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or request restriction, objection or portability where those rights apply. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations. Contact the email address above to make a request.
You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
